The markets were clogged with pedestrians who struggled to get to the market stalls crammed along the edge of the road. For the second time again today I felt uneasy to the point where I wanted to be sick.
I was shoved ahead and forced to take a sharp turn to the left where I faced the filthiest stall of the lot. It was chock-a-block full of people who had been tied together in select rows of age and gender; some only looked about five. Each of their faces filled with fear at our appearance but some looked hopeful.
